Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to manage and guide our inside sales team based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The role involves overseeing the performance of 5-6 sales members while driving the achievement of their targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the inside sales team, ensuring effective management of daily operations.
- Motivate and train team members to consistently meet and exceed their sales goals.
- Handle escalation calls promptly to resolve customer or team concerns.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with field managers to identify and secure suitable properties for tenants.
- Willingness to work on weekends, with Monday set as the designated weekly day off.

- Work schedule requires weekend availability, with a fixed day off on Monday.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging between 30000 and 45000 INR.
