Role Overview
We seek a motivated and organized Sales Representative to join the Hervey Bay Windows & Doors branch. In this role, you will engage with clients to understand their requirements, recommend appropriate products, and facilitate the smooth delivery of window and door projects. Additionally, you will identify and cultivate new business opportunities to boost market share and profitability within the Hervey Bay region and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs in alignment with the annual Windows & Doors budget.
- Enhance the G.James brand recognition in the residential windows and doors market.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and sales team to achieve company goals.
- Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly sales performance reports to management.
- Provide professional, prompt, and responsive customer service to support project needs.
- Establish and nurture strong, positive relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Create detailed project quotations utilizing specialized estimation software, ensuring accuracy and timely response to client inquiries daily.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience within the windows and doors industry is essential.
- Proficient with business software, including Microsoft Office; prior use of V6 quoting software is advantageous.
- Capability to generate, analyze, and interpret reports to support business strategies.
- Clear and respectful communicator capable of tailoring messages to diverse audiences.
- Customer-focused with a proactive mindset towards follow-up and ongoing improvement.
- Team-oriented individual contributing positively to workplace culture.
- Possession of a current Australian driver’s licence.
