Role Overview

The Sales Operations Coordinator will oversee and coordinate the daily sales operations to guarantee that every customer inquiry is handled promptly and efficiently from initial contact through to delivery. This includes lead management, CRM record upkeep, quotation preparation, liaising with sales and finance departments, monitoring sales prospects, updating inventory and pricing data, and ensuring timely completion of internal processes.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least two years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Administration, CRM management, or Operations Coordination.
• Strong organizational capabilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or SmartSuite.
• Competence in preparing quotations, maintaining accurate sales records, and coordinating sales functions.
• Excellent communication and customer follow-up abilities.
• Preferably experienced in the automotive industry and familiar with the UAE working environment.
• Willingness and ability to work full-time, onsite in Dubai.
• Experience with AI tools, automation software, or business workflow systems is advantageous.
