Sales & Marketing Executive

About the Role

Join Caspian Management Services LLP as a Field Sales Executive based in Kannur, Kerala, covering areas like Koranpeedika, Dharmasala, Taliparambu, Chepparapadavu, Uppala, Kumbala, and Payyanur. This is a full-time, field-based job where you will be actively involved in interacting with clients on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit various clients including retailers, distributors, dealers, and wholesalers regularly.
• Drive sales growth by acquiring new customers and meeting sales targets.
• Manage collections and foster strong relationships with customers.
• Conduct market research and prepare daily sales reports to track progress.

Requirements

• Minimum education of 12th pass, diploma, or any degree.
• Preferably 1 to 3 years of field sales experience, though fresh candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Possession of a valid driving license and preferably owning a two-wheeler is beneficial.
• Readiness to travel extensively within the designated territory.

Benefits and Working Conditions

• Earn a monthly salary of ₹23,500 along with performance incentives.
• Travel allowance and mobile reimbursements, where applicable.
• Statutory benefits including Provident Fund (PF), Employees' State Insurance (ESI), and paid leave.
• Work schedule spans Monday to Saturday, from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
• A notice period of up to 15 days is expected for employment changes.
