Sales & Marketing Executive

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Delhi-NCR. The role involves managing customer relationships, driving sales, and ensuring smooth store operations while adhering to company policies. Candidates with graduation or MBA qualifications are encouraged to apply. The offered salary ranges from 18,000 to 24,000 INR per month, commensurate with market standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Address and resolve customer issues by thoroughly understanding complaints, identifying root causes, recommending suitable solutions, and ensuring complete follow-up until resolution.
• Generate sales leads and actively promote Airtel plans, plan upgrades, and services such as my Airtel APP, WYNK, and Airtel TV, targeting both new and existing customers.
• Achieve all assigned KPIs within the scope defined to ensure the smooth operation of store activities.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
• Ensure that all operational store requirements are consistently fulfilled.

Eligibility

The position is open to candidates holding a graduation degree or MBA qualification.
