About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Relationship Manager / Sales Manager in the Direct Channel to sell life insurance products directly to clients by leveraging company-generated leads and existing customer databases. The role focuses on building lasting customer relationships while consistently meeting sales and renewal objectives.

Primary Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers using leads provided by the company.
• Evaluate customers' financial requirements to suggest appropriate life insurance plans.
• Drive revenue by cross-selling and up-selling insurance products.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and premium collection goals.
• Foster strong customer connections to enhance client retention and encourage policy renewals.
• Quickly handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues.
• Ensure accurate completion of all necessary documentation and follow compliance regulations.
• Perform timely follow-ups and keep detailed sales records.
