Job Overview
Syncarp is seeking a Sales Manager based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to spearhead business expansion within the Middle East for a global IT service provider. Candidates currently residing in India but willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate revenue growth by managing assigned enterprise accounts throughout Saudi Arabia and the broader Middle East region.
- Source, acquire, and cultivate new enterprise customers across targeted industries.
- Maintain and grow existing strategic client relationships through effective cross-selling and upselling of IT services.
- Form and nurture trusted partnerships with CXO executives, IT leadership, and principal business stakeholders.
- Formulate and implement account expansion strategies to optimize share of wallet.
- Oversee full sales cycles from opportunity discovery, solution positioning, proposal creation, negotiation through to deal closure.
- Collaborate with delivery teams, pre-sales consultants, solution architects, and practice groups to craft successful solutions.
- Establish and maintain a robust sales pipeline in alignment with quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Stay informed on regional market dynamics, client needs, and competition.
- Represent the company at industry gatherings, customer meetings, and in executive interactions.
Required Experience and Skills
- 7 to 10+ years in Enterprise IT Services sales or IT consulting sales; telecom domain experience preferred.
- Proven track record in roles combining new business acquisition (Hunter) and account development (Farmer).
- Experienced in managing multiple enterprise accounts and consistently meeting sales objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to sell IT services and digital transformation solutions.
- Familiarity with cutting-edge technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, GCP), Data & Analytics, Digital Transformation, Application Development & Modernization, and Managed Services.
- Strong consultative selling skills and aptitude for account management.
- Skilled in engaging and building relationships with CXO-level decision makers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Current employment within IT services, IT consulting, digital engineering, cloud services, or technology consulting sectors.
- Experience selling in the Middle East market is advantageous.
- Candidates from India willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia are welcome.
- Experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts across multiple sectors is a plus.
