Role Overview and Responsibilities

As the Sales Head, you will spearhead the formulation and implementation of sales strategies and plans. You will lead and manage the sales team and their operations to ensure smooth coordination and efficient execution. Driving business development efforts to enhance market presence and achieve revenue goals will be key to your role. You will also be responsible for establishing long-term strategies aimed at sustainable growth, managing performance metrics, and overseeing CRM systems.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers an annual salary range between 600000 and 960000 INR. Employees will receive health insurance coverage, provident fund contributions, and an annual performance bonus as part of the benefits package.
