Chadha Developers And Promoters is seeking a Sales Executive to join their team in the Delhi-NCR region. This position requires a motivated professional with strong communication skills and deep knowledge of the local real estate market. The role involves direct client interaction, negotiation, and closing deals, with occasional site visits and weekend work.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively and present products and services to potential clients.
• Negotiate deals and successfully close sales transactions.
• Manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Take initiative to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Be available to work during weekends when necessary and be willing to travel for site assessments.
• Maintain updated knowledge of the real estate market trends and conditions locally.

Compensation and Other Details
