Sales Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive to join Fraser Suites in Doha, Qatar. In this position, you will support the Sales team by cultivating and expanding relationships with local clients, aimed at driving both corporate and social bookings to the hotel. Your role includes engaging with local communities and beyond to boost awareness and interaction. You will generate inquiries, maximize conversion rates, and promote the hotel's exceptional services and amenities to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Key Account Management strategies aligned with Fraser Suites Doha’s objectives, utilizing direct sales, telesales, promotional campaigns, and client familiarization events.
• Identify and grow significant corporate accounts and targeted market segments to stimulate business expansion.
• Maintain and update the sales database with precise records of sales contacts and client communication, following company policies.
• Plan and conduct familiarization and entertainment events to strengthen relationships with key clients.
• Collaborate with various hotel departments to monitor sales productivity, manage room night cancellations, and prevent revenue loss.
• Conduct market analysis and keep abreast of competitor activities to ensure competitive positioning.
• Work closely with internal teams such as Revenue Management, Reservations, Sales Administration, and Sales Managers to generate leads and uncover new business prospects.
• Meet all business plan targets and personal performance goals within established deadlines.
• Represent the Fraser Suites brand at industry trade fairs and promotional events, managing trade displays and customer engagement.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to business ethics consistently.
