Job Responsibilities
- Analyze existing workflows to pinpoint areas needing enhancement and execute improvements for increased operational efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with various internal departments such as operations to guarantee smooth and consistent service delivery to clients.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with customers through frequent communication, diligent follow-ups, and prompt resolution of any issues.
- Identify and pursue new sales prospects by effectively presenting products and service offerings to potential clients.
- Oversee all sales-related activities to meet or exceed targets, including lead generation, client prospecting, and nurturing relationships with current customers.
