Al-Thinayan Development Company is seeking a Sales Engineer skilled in steel building construction to drive project sales and contribute to business expansion in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the steel construction sector.
• Create detailed technical and commercial proposals for prospective projects.
• Collaborate effectively with engineering and estimation departments to align on project specifications.
• Maintain strong engagement with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the sales process.
• Manage tender follow-ups and successfully negotiate and close deals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering.
• Practical experience in sales related to steel structures or construction projects.
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to engage diverse stakeholders.
