Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) focusing on Arabic-speaking markets within the META region, you will drive growth by identifying and qualifying leads through both inbound interests and outbound outreach. Acting as a bridge between Marketing and Sales, your role is crucial for generating a strong sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Introduce SentinelOne’s solutions to potential enterprise customers in Arabic-speaking countries.
- Generate and qualify prospects via cold calls, emails, and marketing campaign follow-ups.
- Manage inbound queries while proactively initiating outbound efforts to cultivate sales opportunities.
- Understand clients’ business models, decision-making frameworks, and specific needs.
- Customize product messaging to resonate with enterprise clients.
- Develop and sustain lasting relationships with key corporate stakeholders.
- Arrange qualified meetings and calls for Account Executives to advance sales meetings.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure smooth transitions and strategic cooperation.
- Report key data including pipeline status and performance metrics to the Business Development Manager.
- Keep abreast of product updates, competitive activities, and market trends.
Required Skills and Experience
- Excellent proficiency in both Arabic and English, verbally and in writing.
- Experience in Sales Development, Sales Account Executive, or similar lead-generation roles.
- Confidence and professionalism in conducting cold calls and outbound sales communications.
- Consistent achievement or surpassing of sales targets.
- Practical knowledge of CRM platforms; experience using Salesforce is advantageous.
- Competency in Excel for performance tracking and data analysis.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management capabilities.
- Ability to create compelling and persuasive presentations.
- A proactive approach combined with a collaborative spirit and eagerness to learn and grow.
