Job Overview

Mectric Industrial Solutions Private Limited is seeking a proactive and well-organized Sales Coordinator and Back Office Executive to provide support across our Sales, Service, and Installation departments. The role primarily involves coordinating communications, preparing documentation, and maintaining operational processes to ensure smooth business functions.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and regularly update the company's CRM system on a daily basis.
Coordinate effectively with customers, service engineers, and installation teams to facilitate timely service delivery.
Prepare quotations and diligently follow up with customers for closure.
Manage incoming customer calls and efficiently schedule service and installation visits.
Search for relevant tenders, prepare submission documents, and manage the tendering process.
Compile data and create reports using Excel for Management Information Systems; prepare presentations using PowerPoint.
Review and make minor edits to AutoCAD drawings with training support provided.
Handle official correspondence including emails and customer communications professionally.
Maintain organized documentation and prepare daily work reports to track operational progress.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

Graduation degree required with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
Effective communication skills coupled with excellent follow-up ability.
Basic familiarity with AutoCAD is advantageous but not mandatory.
Capability to multitask and work independently without constant supervision.
Positive mindset with an eagerness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.

Compensation and Other Details

The monthly salary offered ranges between INR 13,000 to INR 25,000.
