Sales Assistant

Role Overview

We are seeking a part-time Sales Assistant to join Kilkenny Design at our Nutgrove Shopping Centre location in Dublin. This permanent position entails working between 8 to 20 hours weekly, with flexible scheduling to accommodate holidays and busy seasons. The role requires availability for a rotating roster covering weekdays, weekends, daytime, and evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service while showcasing extensive product knowledge.
• Build meaningful customer relationships that support business objectives and represent Kilkenny's values and brand image.
• Maintain smooth day-to-day operations on the shop floor through effective communication and organizational skills.
• Ensure the store's presentation standards and stock levels are consistently up to date.
• Work cooperatively within a team environment to foster positive relationships with both customers and colleagues.
• Drive sales by maximizing the potential of your sales area and striving to meet targets.
