Overview
Infinity Developments is seeking a driven Sales Admin Assistant with prior exposure to the real estate sector. The role is centered on supporting the sales function, keeping processes organized, and helping the team contribute to overall business growth.
Compensation
The monthly salary for this position is AED 4,000 to AED 5,000, with the final offer depending on qualifications, experience, and performance during the interview.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver day-to-day administrative assistance to the sales team.
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and social media channels.
- Arrange and manage in-person as well as virtual client meetings.
- Follow up on prospects and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Support the sales closure process by coordinating among clients and management.
- Draft quotations, contracts, reservation forms, and other sales paperwork.
- Keep client information accurate and updated in the CRM or database.
- Liaise with internal teams to help transactions move smoothly.
- Monitor sales activity and prepare reports when needed.
- Make sure all required documents are complete and submitted within deadlines.
- Provide high-quality customer support before, throughout, and after the sales cycle.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Sales Admin Assistant in real estate.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills.
- Comfortable presenting to clients both face-to-face and online.
- Able to help the sales team meet targets and close deals effectively.
- Well-organized, attentive to detail, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, along with CRM platforms.
- Professional presentation and a constructive attitude.
- English fluency is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial, especially Russian and French.
- Applicants who can join immediately are preferred.
