Position Overview
We are seeking to strengthen our Internal Audit division with an experienced Revisor (m/w/d) at our headquarters in Detmold, with the possibility of remote work in accordance with our company agreement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct independent risk- and process-oriented audits of operational and business processes within the framework of the internal control system (ICS) across the parent and subsidiary companies of the group.
- Document audit findings, develop corrective actions, and monitor the implementation of measures by functional units and group companies as part of follow-up activities.
- Prepare audit reports and related presentations.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of internal control procedures and advise departments on ICS-related questions.
- Report to the Head of Internal Audit.
Candidate Profile
- Completed degree in a business administration or economics-related field.
- Professional experience in internal audit, an auditing firm, process management, or quality assurance.
- Experience with internal control systems and risk management, preferably within the insurance or financial services sectors.
- Analytical and structured work approach with excellent communication skills in collaboration with various departments.
- Proficient in common MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate responsibility and commitment, and maintain a high level of discretion and reliability.
- Strong motivation to learn and stay updated on relevant topics.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
