Key Duties
- Offer outstanding customer service, always prioritizing and exceeding customer expectations.
- Assist the Store Manager by contributing to daily store operations using your retail expertise.
- Work collaboratively with team members fostering a positive and cooperative store environment.
- Maintain strict attention to detail to uphold safety standards and accurate procedures.
- Demonstrate flexibility by being available for weekend shifts and overnight duties when required.
Essential Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous.
- Competent operation of POS systems and accurate handling of cash transactions.
- Excellent communication abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
- Availability to work on a seven-day roster including nights and weekends is mandatory.
