Overview
Ghanda Clothing, a leading 100% Australian-owned apparel brand with over 100 locations nationwide, is seeking a dynamic Retail Store Manager for our Miranda, New South Wales outlet due to internal promotions. Join a team focused on growth and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of up to 20 staff members with coaching and training initiatives.
- Promote and embody Ghanda's organizational values within the store environment.
- Ensure store presentation meets visual merchandising standards aligned with brand guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with Stock Allocators and independently manage stock levels to optimize floor space performance.
- Oversee and prepare administrative duties including staff rosters, sales reporting, and compliance monitoring.
Candidate Profile
- Proven leadership capabilities demonstrated through front-line team management and empowerment.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong attention to retail fundamentals and standards.
- Previous retail or hospitality experience is advantageous but not mandatory; attitude and cultural fit are prioritized.
