Retail Assistant Manager - NSW

Role Overview

Join Seed Heritage's expanding retail network as an Assistant Manager at the Albury store. In partnership with the Store Manager, you will lead and motivate a passionate team to cultivate a high-performance culture focused on outstanding customer service, expert product knowledge, and lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Foster and uphold a customer-centric environment ensuring seamless and memorable customer interactions.
• Support leadership in team training, motivation, and mentoring to drive engagement and excellence.
• Collaborate with management to maintain a profitable and efficient store operation.
• Inspire the team to meet sales targets and key business performance indicators.
• Contribute to operational management including roster scheduling and back-end administrative tasks.
• Work schedule includes Sunday through Thursday shifts.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a busy, high-volume fashion retail setting.
• Strong leadership skills demonstrated through team motivation and mentorship.
• Sound commercial awareness with proven ability to meet sales goals, wage budgets, and minimize shrinkage.
• Keen eye for visual merchandising and styling.
• Experience managing large inventory and stock control.
• Alignment with Seed Heritage values and a genuine passion for the brand.
• Strong commitment to delivering superior customer service and fostering long-term customer relationships.
