Job Overview

We are seeking dependable and diligent individuals to perform various functions across restaurants, cafés, quick-service restaurants (QSRs), cloud kitchens, and retail outlets. This position involves a range of duties rather than a singular fixed role. Assignments can include helping with packing, cleaning, dishwashing, loading, and general restaurant support. Prior to each shift, training and specific task guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with packing, stocking, and organizing inventory
• Help unload and load deliveries efficiently
• Support kitchen preparation and assist with basic operations
• Maintain cleanliness by washing utensils and keeping the area tidy
• Serve customers or clear tables when needed
• Follow the instructions provided by the outlet manager
• Report punctually and complete assigned shifts
• Uphold proper conduct, hygiene, and discipline at the workplace

Candidate Profile

• Adaptable to performing multiple types of tasks and working at different locations
• Eager to learn new responsibilities
• Punctual, accountable, and industrious
• Comfortable with physically demanding work and standing for extended periods
• Willing and able to commute to nearby work sites
• Owns a smartphone and proficient in using WhatsApp
• Previous experience in restaurants, retail, warehouses, or delivery is an advantage but not mandatory

Work Details

• Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
• Shift durations range from 4 to 8 hours
• Shifts may include mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Payment depends on the specific shift and type of work performed
• Workers can select shifts that fit their availability
