Remote Entry-Level Client Care Associate

Role Overview

This position focuses on delivering attentive client care in a virtual setting, helping families understand life insurance and related financial protection choices. You will work only with warm leads who have already asked for information, so there is no cold outreach, no door-to-door selling, and no recruitment work involved. The company provides complete training and support for licensing.

What You’ll Do

• Hold virtual meetings with interested clients who have requested information
• Explain life insurance and other financial protection options in a clear, easy-to-understand way
• Tailor coverage recommendations to match each client’s goals and budget
• Guide clients through the application steps
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
• Work in line with company policies and applicable regulatory rules

Compensation

This is a commission-only opportunity. Typical earnings on an initial sale are about $600 to $800. Active agents may receive a 5% increase in earnings every 2 to 3 months. There are no sales quotas, and overall pay depends entirely on individual performance.
