Relationship Manager - Loan Against Property (LAP) Sales

IREP Credit Capital Pvt. Ltd. is actively expanding its footprint with a strengthened leadership team and new capital infusion. Currently, the company has 62 branches across Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra, and Rajasthan, and is hiring around 200 Relationship Managers focused on Loan Against Property (LAP) products. This role offers a promising career trajectory during an exciting growth phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development for LAP offerings.
• Establish and maintain strong connections with business owners and MSME clients.
• Conduct market visits to expand the customer base.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets consistently.
• Collaborate closely with the branch team to source potential clients.

Candidate Profile and Preferences

• 6 months to 5 years of sales experience.
• Preference for candidates with LAP sales experience, followed by Home Loan, CASA sales, Gold Loan sales, or FMCG/Pharma/B2B field sales background.
• Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is essential.
• Comfortable with field sales activities.
• Local candidates from Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana are preferred.
• Desirable to have a CIBIL score above 650.
