Role Overview

The company is hiring a Relationship Manager for its Salt Lake office in Kolkata. Both freshers and candidates with prior sales experience, especially in insurance, are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Track, review, and drive sales goals for the team.
• Build sales approaches, share feedback, and support marketing planning.
• Help the team stay on course to achieve sales targets.
• Stay informed about changes and trends in the sales and insurance market.
• Respond to customer questions while customers are being transferred.
• Handle and settle customer disputes in a professional manner.

Requirements

• Prior experience in insurance is preferred.
• Comfort with selling and developing customer relationships.
• Good knowledge of insurance policies and products, including general, health, and life insurance.
• Ability to guide and support team members.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
