Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join our team at Cantabria Lifecare & Village. This permanent role requires working 32 or more hours weekly, covering AM, PM, night, and weekend shifts. The successful candidate will be dedicated to enhancing the lives of our residents through kind, patient, and quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Caregivers to deliver high-quality care services.
• Develop, monitor, and update personalized care plans for residents.
• Conduct clinical assessments of residents' health and needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and general practitioners.
• Provide support to Clinical Services and Care Home Managers as needed.

Required Skills and Experience

• Registered Nurse with prior experience in New Zealand or internationally.
• Current Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Genuine passion for helping others, with a positive and friendly demeanor.
• Strong team player with empathy and dedication to improving residents' lives.
• Committed to continuous improvement and knowledgeable about health and safety standards.
