Regional Manager I

Role Overview

Gopuff is hiring a Regional Manager I to join its operations organization. This is a high-energy, fast-moving leadership position for someone who thrives in challenging environments, takes initiative, and enjoys building strong teams across multiple locations in the United States. You will be responsible for guiding a territory through strong execution and ensuring the customer experience stays consistently excellent.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support local General Managers across your territory so day-to-day operations run smoothly and with clear direction.
• Coach team members and help them grow into larger responsibilities and future roles.
• Build a strong talent pipeline by focusing on performance management and succession planning.
• Monitor daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance metrics and use the data to improve customer experience.
• Coordinate reporting from the field to headquarters so leadership stays informed.
• Act as the bridge between company-wide rollouts, local execution, and partner leadership teams.
• Take an active role in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding top talent.
• Make sure locations are staffed appropriately and anticipate future hiring needs.
• Support the opening and launch of new sites in your territory.
• Serve as a territory-focused leader committed to the region you oversee.

What We're Looking For

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in retail, supply chain, operations, consulting, or data-led project management.
• Prior leadership and management experience across multi-location teams.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale onboarding programs for high-performing employees.
• A degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Management, Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical ability and the capacity to motivate teams in deadline-driven settings.
• Ability to solve complex problems calmly and effectively under pressure.
• Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Comfort balancing attention to detail with fast execution.
• Willingness to travel at least 90% of the time.

• Base salary range: $96,900 to $120,750 per year.
