Role Overview

Gopuff is hiring a Regional Manager I to join its operations organization. What You'll Do

  • Lead and support local General Managers across your territory so day-to-day operations run smoothly and with clear direction.

  • Build a strong talent pipeline by focusing on performance management and succession planning.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance metrics and use the data to improve customer experience.

  • Act as the bridge between company-wide rollouts, local execution, and partner leadership teams.
  • Take an active role in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding top talent.
