Position Overview

This role operates under a PJ (Pessoa Jurídica) contract type, focused on independently managing full recruitment cycles. The recruiter will be responsible for attracting candidates, conducting hunting activities, posting job openings, performing interviews, applying assessments, and delivering evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete recruitment processes autonomously and remotely.
• Conduct candidate sourcing, job advertisement, interviewing, testing, and evaluation tasks.

Requirements

• Previous experience handling recruitment and selection for roles ranging from operational to strategic levels.
• Residence in Blumenau or surrounding areas is mandatory.
• Must possess a personal notebook for work purposes.
• Availability to work during regular business hours is required.
• Preference given to candidates pursuing or holding degrees in Human Resources or Psychology.
