Overview
Reed is seeking experienced professionals with a background in 360 agency recruitment or B2B sales to join their team as Recruitment Consultants in their Staines office. This role offers the chance to take ownership of your business development while recruiting for office-support roles across the Thames Valley, Surrey markets, and the M25 corridor.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including business development, client acquisition, candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, and closing placements.
- Drive sales efforts and build new client relationships by promoting Reed’s recruitment services.
- Engage with candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking platforms to secure top talent.
- Maintain excellent service standards for both clients and candidates to build strong, ongoing relationships.
- Consistently achieve and surpass key performance indicators and revenue targets.
