Position Overview
We seek an experienced Recruiter passionate about sourcing and hiring top technical talent. This full-time remote role offers a salary range of $80,000 to $85,000 along with comprehensive benefits. You will be instrumental in enhancing our company’s success by building relationships with hiring managers and candidates, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and contributing to high-tech manufacturing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering and technical vacancies, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Identify candidates through various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct candidate screening and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring teams and coordinate the interview process.
- Prepare and extend employment offers, managing negotiation and acceptance procedures.
- Facilitate background checks, drug screening, employment validation, and other pre-employment requirements.
- Support onboarding activities ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain detailed recruiting records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Develop and sustain talent pipelines for future hiring demands.
- Track recruitment metrics and update status on requisitions.
- Continuously seek improvements to recruiting processes and candidate experience.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience managing full-cycle recruiting, especially in technical or engineering fields.
- Proven history recruiting candidates in engineering, construction, manufacturing, or skilled trades.
- Demonstrated ability to fill challenging or specialized roles.
- Strong proficiency in sourcing using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Competent in handling multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, interviewing skills, and relationship building.
- Detail-oriented with superb organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Capable of working independently while partnering effectively with hiring managers and internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for roles such as Commissioning Engineers, QA/QC specialists, inspectors, field engineers, and project managers.
- Background in recruiting for industries like data centers, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, manufacturing, and industrial construction.
- Knowledge of background check and onboarding processes.
- Experience hiring for roles that require travel or are project-based.
