Overview
We are MetaFlow, a dynamic team committed to fostering a healthy lifestyle brand and building strong teams. Since 2018, we have successfully developed our metabolic shake into a prominent consumer brand and continue to grow by creating new products and expanding our team.
Role Summary
As a Recruiter, you will independently manage the full recruitment cycle, closely monitor key performance indicators, and guide various stakeholders smoothly throughout the hiring process. You will work within the People & Culture team alongside two recruiting colleagues and report directly to the Head of People.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment process from creating job postings and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and ensuring an excellent candidate experience, while supporting hiring managers effectively.
- Develop targeted active sourcing strategies to identify and attract suitable talent for our team.
- Analyze relevant recruiting metrics and continuously improve the candidate journey, application funnel, and other important recruiting KPIs.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance workflows such as interview preparation, job posting creation, and internal recruiting tasks.
- Serve as a key contact for hiring managers and contribute to employer branding efforts.
Qualifications
- At least 2 to 3 years of hands-on recruiting experience, including proven expertise in active sourcing.
- Strong skills in active sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and familiarity with AI tools for sourcing, interview preparation, and job ad creation.
- Experience tracking and interpreting critical recruiting KPIs.
- Proficient user of applicant tracking systems, preferably Personio.
- German language proficiency at a minimum C1 level; English skills ideally at B2 or higher.
