Role Overview
We are recruiting a Front Office Receptionist/Housekeeping Attendant who will serve as the friendly face of our park. This versatile position involves duties in both front office and housekeeping teams.
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary customer service consistently.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately.
- Utilize the park’s booking system to reserve accommodations and oversee accounts.
- Collaborate with housekeeping to monitor accommodation readiness.
- Provide guests with information about the property and nearby attractions.
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks in the office.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with park staff, residents, and visitors.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness.
- Work independently and efficiently.
- Apply excellent time management skills.
- Be flexible to work across a 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays.
- Hold a valid current driver’s license.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in front office and/or housekeeping roles within hospitality.
- Passionate about delivering superior guest experiences.
- Competent computer skills; familiarity with RMS or similar reservation systems is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy.
- Highly organized with an eye for detail.
- Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as required.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license is essential.
Additional Information
Candidates must consent to a Federal Police Clearance before employment confirmation. The role includes physical tasks such as frequent manual handling (lifting up to 20 kg), kneeling, squatting, handling chemicals, and the use of machinery.
