About the Role

We are seeking a Receptionist to join the team at Hilton Garden Inn Dublin City Centre. This is a full-time, permanent position with a 40-hour workweek, operating on shifts from 07:00 to 15:30 and 14:30 to 23:00. Located in Dublin's financial district, the hotel is conveniently close to major transport hubs and the convention centre, making it ideal for business travelers.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the guest experience, from check-in to check-out.
• Efficiently respond to guest inquiries and requests.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel room categories, pricing, packages, and services.
• Promote room occupancy through effective upselling of hotel offerings and facilities.
• Ensure strict adherence to hotel security policies, fire safety, and health and safety regulations.
