Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra. The role involves engaging with potential buyers through property tours, negotiating sales contracts, and maintaining relationships to grow client referrals.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and lead property visits and guided tours to highlight key features of listed real estate to prospective clients.
- Skillfully negotiate sales agreements including terms, pricing, and closing schedules to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Continuously update knowledge on current market trends, competitor properties, and pricing to provide well-informed guidance to customers.
- Foster and sustain long-term client relationships after transaction completion to enhance referral opportunities and repeat business.
Compensation
This position offers a monthly salary ranging from 20,000 to 90,000 INR depending on experience and performance.
