Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated Real Estate Agents specializing in sales and lettings for residential properties in Dubai. This role involves managing the purchase, sale, and leasing processes while providing excellent customer service and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local property market.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather detailed information on properties and coordinate the creation of marketing materials.
• Stay informed about the rules, regulations, and trends affecting Dubai's residential property market.
• Conduct and attend property valuations and viewings.
• Negotiate with prospective buyers, tenants, sellers, and landlords from initial viewing through to offer stages.
• Monitor progress of sales and lettings with support from Sales Progression and Home Move Advisory teams.
• Make follow-up care calls to clients after property viewings.
• Develop new business opportunities via company databases and personal networking.
• Coordinate with banks, mortgage advisors, surveyors, sales progressors, and other agencies to facilitate smooth transactions.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in sales is a plus but not mandatory.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• A professional, presentable, and honest demeanor with strong networking abilities.
• A positive, hardworking attitude and ability to work effectively within a supportive team.
• Fluency in an additional language is beneficial.
• Adherence to smart business dress code at all times and a commitment to upholding high company standards.
• Punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential.
• Possession of a UK/UAE driving license and access to a vehicle; company or hire vehicles can be arranged at your expense.
