Role Overview
As an RBDS Application Specialist, you will undergo thorough training on the RBDS equipment and service protocols, delivering high-standard decontamination services while maintaining exceptional customer care. This position includes working closely with the RBDS Service Manager on large-scale projects, managing project stages from planning through execution after an initial training period, and supporting both frontline and administrative RBDS operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in in-depth training on RBDS technology and service quality requirements.
- Provide superior decontamination services adhering to safety and client service standards.
- Collaborate with the Service Manager in deployment of large-scale decontamination projects.
- Manage project planning, implementation, and service delivery independently after training.
- Support both operational and administrative RBDS processes.
- Lead and coach a small team of apprentice-level staff members.
- Undertake international travel, occasionally with short notice.
- Work in cooperation with Bioquell’s international subsidiaries and distributors.
- Safely conduct and complete medium to large decontamination initiatives.
- Act as the primary customer contact for onsite operational functions including pre-site meetings, site evaluations, and process coordination.
- Provide leadership and full ownership of on-site teams and projects.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a B.E./B.Tech. degree or equivalent educational qualification.
- Have a minimum of four years relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrate high energy levels, proactive approach, and a commitment to service excellence.
- Exhibit flexibility and a customer-centric attitude.
- Show strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Have excellent communication skills and a customer service mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Hold a BSc or equivalent in Engineering or Science with practical technical expertise.
- Experience in project management and team leadership is preferred.
- Willingness and ability to be vaccinated against specific microorganisms as required.
