About the Role

Future Electronics is seeking a dedicated Quote Administrator to join its EMEA team at the headquarters in Egham, Surrey. This position focuses on accelerating sales and maximizing profit margins through managing quotations and the order process for assigned products and territories. The role bridges communication between the sales team and the customer, ensuring business opportunities are effectively converted into orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the sales department to assess and qualify quotation requests from customers.
• Identify unique selling points to differentiate Future Electronics during the quotation phase.
• Perform daily analyses comparing cost structures with competitors.
• Utilize support tools to aid decision-making throughout the quotation process.
• Continuously enhance knowledge of product lines and market portfolios.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships both internally and externally.
• Stay informed about competitors’ strengths, weaknesses, and business strategies.
