About the Role

Join Rexel Australia as a Quotations Administrator within our State Projects team based in Hindmarsh, Western Australia. You will play a critical role in supporting project tendering efforts by preparing commercial tender documents, maintaining project data, and facilitating smooth communication among stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit compliant commercial project quotations in a timely manner.
  • Keep quotation registers, databases, source lists, and project records up to date and accurate.
  • Maintain clear communication regarding requirements and updates with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Archive project documentation and ensure follow-up on any outstanding paperwork.
  • Support accurate and compliant submission of project proposals.
  • Provide responsive assistance with project-related enquiries to support the broader network.
  • Contribute positively to customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management.
  • Proficiency and confidence with technology including Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, and web-based applications.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a dynamic project team.
