Key Responsibilities

• Preparing cost estimates
• Providing regular client updates and reports
• Managing cost control processes from project inception to completion
• Handling projects mainly within the Data Centre sector

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of three years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Strong client engagement skills and competency in managing projects of varying scale
• Resilience and assertiveness in managing project demands
• MRICS accreditation is desirable but not a strict requirement
