Quantity Surveyor

Role Overview

We seek a meticulous and seasoned Quantity Surveyor to oversee and control project expenses, generate cost estimates, monitor budgets, and guarantee economical implementation of construction projects. This role requires proficiency in analyzing data, comprehensive understanding of construction materials, and expertise in billing and contract administration.

Primary Duties

• Develop thorough cost estimates and comprehensive project budgets.
• Conduct quantity take-offs based on drawings and technical specifications.
• Compile Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and perform rate analysis.
• Review and verify invoices from contractors and subcontractors.
• Track project expenditures and generate detailed cost reports.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project management teams.
• Assess project variations and prepare estimates for change orders.
• Support tender document preparation and evaluation of bids.
• Ensure projects are executed within the approved financial parameters.
• Maintain meticulous records of quantities, costs, and contractual agreements.
• Carry out site inspections for measurement validation and progress assessment.
• Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and company policies.
