About the Role
NBTC Group is seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors specialized in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical disciplines to join their team in Kochi, India. This role involves handling cost estimation, quantity analysis, bill of quantities preparation, client billing, and contractor billing to support project execution and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quantity surveying activities including quantity estimation and bill of quantities preparation.
- Manage cost control and client/contractor billing processes.
- Support project execution by providing accurate quantity analysis and estimation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) in any specialization.
- At least 2 years of practical experience in quantity surveying related fields.
