Quality Control Supervisor

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Quality Control Supervisor to oversee QC activities in an API GMP manufacturing setting. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, fostering continuous quality enhancements, and building a strong, effective laboratory team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage QC lab operations in alignment with GMP regulations and internal procedures.
• Develop and sustain training initiatives to enhance and motivate QC personnel.
• Champion continuous improvements in quality, operational workflows, and service to internal clients.
• Maintain compliance with safety and environmental guidelines to ensure a safe laboratory setting.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Higher education degree in Science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in quality or laboratory roles within GMP manufacturing, including supervisory duties.
• Strong leadership abilities complemented by effective communication and team-building skills.
• Demonstrated capacity to independently make informed decisions and consistently meet targets.
