Job Overview
- Coordinate Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) activities within the team.
- Ensure the successful completion of critical orders and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Collect and analyze production data statistics to support process and technology optimization in collaboration with supervisors.
- Engage in managing multiple advancement projects aimed at achieving specific project goals.
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), document practical experiences, and provide training to junior staff members.
- Support supervisors in executing quality monitoring and safety inspections, ensuring prompt resolution of identified problems.
- Undertake additional tasks assigned by supervisors to support departmental objectives.
Qualifications
- Possess a bachelor's degree or higher in cell biology, molecular biology, biomedicine, or related fields.
- Experience with protein detection techniques such as SDS-PAGE, Western blotting, LC-MS, and HPLC.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and skills in managing projects.
- Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
