Key Duties

  • Support employee and travel arrangements by assisting with GCC business visa applications for countries such as Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain.
  • Handle logistical coordination including vehicle registrations, insurance, renewals, traffic matters, and assisting with project mobilization and site access requirements, including client and industrial zone passes.
  • Maintain effective coordination with local service providers, vendors, and governmental representatives to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of five years' experience working within the UAE in PRO, government relations, or administration roles.
  • Extensive knowledge of UAE labor law, immigration regulations, and expertise using government platforms like MOHRE, ICP, TAMM, and GDRFA.
  • Prior experience in sectors such as engineering, construction, oil & gas, EPC, or industrial fields is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with ADNOC-related administrative procedures is an added advantage.
  • Exceptional communication, coordination, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Languages

  • Fluent proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Chinese language is advantageous but not mandatory.
