Role Overview
The Public Areas Attendant is tasked with delivering an outstanding level of guest service that surpasses expectations, while maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the property. Although the position primarily focuses on specific duties, flexibility to support various departments is also expected.

Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and maintain all back-of-house areas ensuring hygiene and order.
- Keep front-of-house public spaces including the gym spotless and well-presented.
- Complete special cleaning assignments and additional tasks as instructed.
- Assist Executive Housekeeping Manager and Supervisors with related duties and projects.
- Greet guests warmly, provide assistance such as directions, and work discreetly to minimize disturbance.
- Safeguard guests' and employees' personal information and handle lost & found items following protocols.
- Service guest rooms and public areas adhering to hotel cleaning standards and health and safety regulations, using appropriate cleaning agents.
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic approach in communications with co-workers and management.

Additional Information
This full-time position requires a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week.
