Property Valuation Typist

Job Overview

This role is for a meticulous report processor who will turn survey notes, field observations, and measurement data into polished valuation reports for banks, financial institutions, and private clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare structured valuation reports from drafts shared by site engineers and surveyors, ensuring the final output is formatted professionally.
• Enter property information, dimensions, and market-rate details into predefined templates with complete accuracy.
• Work with multiple report templates and keep them current for retail, industrial, commercial, and government-related assignments.
• Insert and format supporting materials such as property images, site plans, and legal paperwork inside the report.
• Review each report carefully for grammar, number consistency, and layout alignment before it is sent to the valuer for approval.
• Store completed assignments in both digital and hard-copy filing systems for easy retrieval and record keeping.

Compensation

The monthly stipend/salary offered for this position is INR 15,000 to INR 20,000.
