Project Manager Renewable Energies (m/f/d)

About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager specializing in renewable energies to actively contribute to the energy transition. Join us in leading innovative service projects within the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure smooth execution of assigned projects.
• Manage all aspects of project organization, including processes and resource allocation with full accountability.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, deadlines, and budget limits.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, partners, and internal departments.
• Document and regularly report project progress.

Candidate Profile

• Completed training as an electrical specialist with further qualifications as an electrical master or a degree in electrical engineering, energy technology, or a closely related field.
• Several years of professional experience in project management is highly preferred.
• Independent, structured, and responsible working style.
• Strong leadership abilities and teamwork skills.
• Mobility ensured by a valid class B driving license.
• Ability to work at heights and willingness to travel within Germany.
• In-depth knowledge of protection and control technology, particularly protection systems for medium voltage installations (approximately 10 kV to 36 kV and above).
• Professional practice in protection technology, ideally with medium voltage systems.
• Proficiency in protection concepts such as overcurrent, earth fault, and distance protection including their application and optimization.
• Good understanding of pertinent safety standards and regulations with the ability to apply these consistently in practice.

Additional Advantages

• Certification as a protection tester for medium voltage installations.
• Experience in energy supply or industrial plant sectors.
• Knowledge of relevant norms and regulations (e.g., VDE standards).
