Project Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee complete project lifecycle, from initial planning through to final closure.
• Establish clear project scope, schedules, budgets, and defined deliverables.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and various teams to guarantee successful project outcomes.
• Track project milestones, identify risks, manage issues, and handle dependencies.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while adhering to budget and quality standards.
• Administer project governance including regular reporting and communication with stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities between vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Lead efforts in risk management, resource allocation, and enhancing project processes.
• Assist in driving change management and facilitating organizational transformation initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Possesses 8 to 12 years of experience in Project or Program Management roles.
• Mandatory possession of PMP and/or PRINCE2 certifications.
• Demonstrated expertise in project planning, execution and governance frameworks.
• Strong capabilities in managing stakeholders, risks, and vendor relations.
• Experienced in leading cross-functional teams and handling multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership skills, and adept problem-solving abilities.
• Previous involvement in transformation or process enhancement projects is advantageous.

Eligibility

Candidates should hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in any specialization.
