Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with over five years of demonstrable experience in systems analysis, IT project delivery, or related areas, ideally within large enterprises or the public sector. This role demands comprehensive project lifecycle management skills from gathering requirements through to deployment and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage various stages of IT projects ensuring seamless implementation and support.
• Utilize expertise in application development involving Java, JavaScript, Angular, SQL, and object-oriented frameworks.
• Employ sound knowledge of SDLC processes including waterfall, agile, and hybrid methods to drive project success.

Qualifications and Experience

A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline from an accredited institution is required. Though professional certifications are preferred, candidates with relevant technical skills and strong delivery records in required programming languages and frameworks may be considered even if their educational background differs.

Prior experience with government digital services or Singapore's comprehensive government IT frameworks is advantageous. Candidates must also be proactive team players who demonstrate a positive mindset that inspires their peers.
