Role Overview

This full-time remote position as a Project Manager involves managing the complete lifecycle of visual production projects. Key responsibilities include supervising timelines, budgets, and resources related to custom fabrication, display installations, and large-format printing tasks. The role demands effective client interaction, gathering detailed project requirements, drafting comprehensive project plans, and securing the alignment of deliverables with brand identity and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all project phases for visual production initiatives.
• Maintain clear communication channels with clients to understand and fulfill project demands.
• Develop detailed project plans ensuring alignment with schedules and budgets.
• Collaborate extensively with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth progress.
• Monitor project developments, troubleshoot issues, and accelerate critical tasks to meet deadlines.
• Support logistics planning concerning store rollouts and promotional campaigns.
• Provide regular and transparent status updates to stakeholders.
• Optimize processes continuously to enhance efficiency and accuracy in project delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong proficiency in project planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience in expediting tasks and managing urgent project needs efficiently.
• Inspection skills to guarantee quality, accuracy, and compliance with brand standards.
• Competence in logistics management, including shipment coordination and installation oversight.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, or equivalent experience.
• Track record managing multiple projects simultaneously in production, marketing, or retail contexts.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently remotely and proficiency with digital collaboration tools across diverse teams.
• Exposure to luxury or retail brand environments, visual merchandising, and print production is an advantage.
