Project Manager

Role overview

This contract role is for a Project Manager based onsite in Singapore, focused on delivering complex multi-technology initiatives across AI, robotic process automation, workflow automation, SharePoint, intelligent document processing, and enterprise content management solutions.

Project delivery

• Lead the full project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, execution, and handover for technology programs spanning AI, UiPath RPA, workflow automation, SharePoint deployments, intelligent document processing, and ECM platforms.
• Track deliverables, budgets, operational efficiency, and compliance with documentation and quality requirements.
• Put strong risk controls and quality assurance practices in place across all solution components.
• Work closely with sales and pre-sales teams to prepare proposals that highlight the organisation’s digital capabilities and business value.
• Bring together technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery and user adoption.

Stakeholder management

• Develop trusted relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend the most suitable mix of solutions, from AI and automation through to collaboration and document management tools.
• Keep clients informed and aligned throughout the project journey so expectations, satisfaction, and adoption remain on track.
• Act as a knowledgeable advisor on how newer technologies can solve business problems and create new opportunities.

Candidate profile

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field is required, along with PMP or CITPM certification.
• Candidates should bring 4 to 5 years of overall experience, including at least 2 years working on government projects and a minimum of 3 years in IT project management.
• Hands-on exposure to enterprise content management systems such as OpenText and EMC Documentum is considered an advantage.
• The role calls for someone who can guide, mentor, and lead a team effectively.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills are essential.
